Terms of Service
Last updated: May 23, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of ReditoPay, a payment recovery tool for Stripe businesses. By creating an account or using ReditoPay, you agree to these Terms.
Service overview
ReditoPay connects to Stripe through webhook events, classifies failed payments, displays recovery cases in a dashboard, and sends recovery emails based on the reason a payment failed. ReditoPay does not replace Stripe, Stripe Billing, or your payment processor.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your login details confidential, and making sure only authorized people access your workspace.
Stripe connection
To use ReditoPay, you may need to create a Stripe webhook endpoint and provide ReditoPay with the webhook signing secret. You are responsible for connecting the correct Stripe account, selecting the required webhook events, and testing the integration before relying on it in production.
Recovery emails
ReditoPay may send emails to your customers using the payment and invoice information received from Stripe. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, branding, and customer-facing impact of the emails sent through your ReditoPay workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReditoPay to:
- Send spam, abusive, misleading, or unlawful messages.
- Process data you do not have permission to use.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
- Interfere with the reliability or integrity of the service.
- Use ReditoPay for businesses or activities prohibited by Stripe or email delivery providers.
Trials, promotions, and beta features
ReditoPay is a paid service. Some accounts may receive trials, discounts, promotional access, or beta features at our discretion. Beta features may change, break, be removed, or become paid later. We may limit or suspend access if needed to protect the service or other users.
No payment processing
ReditoPay does not process card payments, store card numbers, or handle customer payment method updates directly. Payment collection and invoice payment flows remain handled by Stripe.
Disclaimers
ReditoPay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every failed payment will be recovered, that every email will be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReditoPay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice inside the product or by email.
